During the event you will be able to taste the delicious dishes of couscous in the restaurants participating in the initiative, and participate in wine tasting in the most evocative of the area. Among the events planned there will be lectures, meetings, and workshops over the weekend in the former pizza Fish Market there will be a great final event with tastings of couscous and other dishes typical of Trapani.
