The event, organized by the association Trapani Welcome, aims to promote and preserve the great culinary heritage cous cous, favoring a synergy between the various local excellence. During the event you will be able to taste the delicious dishes of couscous in the restaurants participating in the initiative, and participate in wine tasting in the most evocative of the area.
