It continues with public "Eat Book great success", the exhibition that binds books with good food with the presentation of new publications, which describe excellence and gourmet flavors of our country.
Friday, March 11 at 19.00 will be presented at the Culinary culture center "Nuara" Bastions in Trapani in via the book "The flavors of Italy from A to Z" by Licia Granule, Repubblica journalist.
Lucia Grain writes for the prestigious Italian newspaper since 1981 and after having worked for twenty years as a sports special correspondent, in 2001 he decided to change their gender, dealing with 360 degree power, talking about agriculture, food and gastronomy. Also is a professor of Anthropology of Food University Suor Orsola Benincasa of Naples.
As part of this new passion he has written several books related to food, including the book "The Taste of Italy from A to Z", which is practically a work for fans of good food and excellent products .
Other major works of the journalist are "Women´s Gusto" and in 2007 the best-selling "Never strawberries in December" (Mondadori).
As always at the end of the presentation of each book will follow for all those present an aperitif.
