In the beautiful area of the district of Mercy, in the municipality of Valderice, will be held as every year the Bible in the Park , now in its seventeenth edition . The event was created initially as a ´ Living Nativity ´ , but his artistic originality and innovative distinguish it from the traditional nativity scene . It draws inspiration from modern situations deepening current issues , using biblical references . Immerse yourself in the ´ Bible in the Park ´ is a multisensory experience that in addition to giving the intense, atmospheric Christmas , is a real cultural event. There will also be tastings of typical Christmas sweets , the event also features a series of initiatives closely related to the subject of the representation, in a different venue : will take place on December 13, 2013 , at 19.00 , at the Excelsior Mill , the Conference on the theme of the Nativity with emphasis on the biblical scenes . On 15 December, at 10.oo in Piazza Christ the King in Valderice will be a ´ Extemporaneous Painting , whose works will be presented to the Bible in the Park, at the end of the path.
