The next Egadi Euphoria event is scheduled for Monday 24 August 2026, with the second White Night of Favignana. From 10:00 pm, the centre of the island will come alive with music, performances and entertainment for both adults and families. The event follows the format of the previous summer appointment, with several activities taking place throughout the evening, including music, shows, entertainment for children and other performances. It is therefore one of the liveliest events planned in Favignana during the second half of August and is particularly suitable for visitors who spend the day exploring the island and decide to stay until late in the evening. The White Night is also a chance to experience Favignana beyond its beaches, enjoying the atmosphere of the historic centre, its streets and squares during one of the busiest periods of the summer season.
The programme continues on Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26 August with The Flavours of the Egadi Islands, two evenings dedicated to food, local products and the culinary traditions of the archipelago. The events are scheduled to start at 9:30 pm and will focus on themes including the Mediterranean diet, local fishing, sustainability and responsible consumption. The initiative aims to tell the story of the close relationship between the Egadi Islands and the sea, while promoting products, recipes and traditions that are part of the islandsī identity. For tourists, it is not only an evening event but also an opportunity to learn more about one of the most characteristic aspects of Favignana. The islandīs cuisine has traditionally been closely linked to tuna fishing, blue fish, preserved products and typical Mediterranean ingredients, reflecting Favignanaīs strong maritime heritage.
The final event of the festival is scheduled for Thursday 10 September 2026 with the Premio 91023, an initiative dedicated to the people and organisations that represent excellence in the Egadi Islands. The name of the award refers to the postal code of the archipelago and underlines its strong connection with the local territory. The event aims to recognise personalities, businesses, projects and experiences that contribute to the cultural, social and economic promotion of the islands. Premio 91023 will therefore officially close the 2026 edition of Egadi Euphoria, a summer festival that has involved Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo through theatre, music, meetings and cultural initiatives.
The Egadi Euphoria events can easily be included in a full day exploring Favignana. Visitors travelling from Trapani can reach the island in the morning, spend several hours discovering its beaches and coves, and return to the town centre in the late afternoon before attending one of the evening events. Among the most popular places to visit are Cala Rossa, Cala Azzurra, Lido Burrone, Bue Marino and the historic centre, together with the former Florio Tuna Factory, one of the islandīs most important cultural attractions. To plan your visit, you can read our guide to Favignana in one day, with useful information about what to see, how to get around and how to organise your itinerary.
Favignana is connected every day with the port of Trapani by hydrofoils and ferries. During the busiest periods, especially in August, it is advisable to organise both the outward and return journey in advance, particularly if you plan to attend one of the evening events included in Egadi Euphoria. Before travelling, it is useful to check the Favignana hydrofoil timetable and verify which services allow you to return to Trapani after the event. Visitors who prefer a more relaxed experience can stay overnight on the island and avoid having to plan their evening around the last ferry or hydrofoil departure.
The second half of August remains one of the busiest periods of the summer, and events such as the White Night and the food-themed evenings can attract additional visitors to the island. Those who want to stay overnight can check the availability of B&Bs in Favignana, choosing between accommodation close to the historic centre and quieter properties in other parts of the island. Staying overnight in Favignana also makes it easier to enjoy the events without worrying about the time of the last maritime connection and gives visitors the opportunity to spend the following day discovering other beaches, coves and attractions.
The remaining events of Egadi Euphoria 2026 are therefore: the White Night of Favignana on 24 August, starting at 10:00 pm; The Flavours of the Egadi Islands on 25 and 26 August, starting at 9:30 pm; and the Premio 91023 on 10 September, which will officially close the festival. These events offer visitors travelling to Favignana during the final weeks of summer the opportunity to add an experience connected with local culture, traditions and island life to the classic day of beaches and sightseeing.
