Even Erice and it could not be otherwise has prepared a program of summer events for this tourist season that will animate the medieval village until September.
The Erice Arte Foundation, the Ettore Majorana Foundation, the Funierice, various associations and artists, who are the ones who will exhibit, collaborated with the municipality of Erice in drafting the program. Among the scheduled events there is the "Magici Grappoli dīEstate" event at the municipal wine shop of Erice under the patronage of the Associazione Strada del vino Erice Doc.
Guests of various groups, including I Tarumbō, who will perform in a concert, in which they will dedicate a tribute to Pino Daniele, an eclectic Neapolitan artist, who died prematurely in 2015, leaving us an immense musical heritage.
Always at the municipal wine shop but also in the historic center there are various appointments with live music and tastings to make summer evenings in Erice more pleasant.
In August there will be cultural events such as an evening dedicated to reading and analyzing the Italian Constitution transcribed into Sicilian, a fun linguistic experiment to learn about the fundamental rights and principles of our constitutional charter in the light of the colorful words of our dialect.
Of note at the Balio Gardens on August 20th is a meeting with the public to discuss science and faith with the subsequent screening on August 25th at the G. Hamed Theater of the docufilm "Einstein Italia". And then again the fifth edition of the literary prize "Cittā di Erice" and the inauguration in the Spanish Quarter of the exhibition "Erice: Myths and Legends".
Furthermore, there are also appointments for children with various storytelling shows and magic tricks also for families; on 29 August there will be a performance for soprano and bubble artist in the square of S. Giuliano as part of the celebrations for the Madonna of Custonaci.
Finally, Valerio Antonini, patron of Trapani Calcio and Trapani Shark, will also be present in the program, who will make his collection of works of art available in a personal exhibition setting.
