Back after a year off , the 25th edition of the hit show " Young Man of Mothya ."
Are the shows at the Teatro Comunale di Marsala " Heliodorus Sollima ," embellished by the presence of actors like QUATTRINI Paola , Roberto D´Alessandro , Paul Trieste , Nicola Pistoia events characterized by current texts but with an eye to the classics of the past.
The exhibition, organized by the New Theatre Company under the auspices of the municipal administration of Marsala, will be inaugurated on Sunday, March 23 with "The dawn of the third millennium," the actor and director Peter De Silva, who we´ve seen in some recent fiction and , above all, remember to have starred in Roberto Benigni´s masterpiece "Life is Beautiful" . De Silva puts on a representation of the Crucifixion of Christ outside the box, in which the rite of Good Friday is renewed through a comparison between a teacher and a vintner, who find themselves interpret the roles of the two thieves .
Thursday, April 3 , will be the turn of QUATTRINI Paola , an actress who starred , among others, with the unforgettable Walter Chiari . The QUATTRINI will be the absolute protagonist of the play by Willy Russell " Last Chance Harvey " , which reflects on the loneliness that often are part of the family menage . We also remember another of his theater work in the territory of Trapani : for the Body Luglio Musicale Trapanese , April 4 will propose " The Waiting ."
We will continue Friday, April 11 with "Shit, sir" the young and promising Antonio Grosso , who , inspired by the atmosphere of the famous San Remo song eclectic Giorgio Faletti , tells the story of a small police station in a village in the hinterland of Sicily alternating shades lighter moments of great civil unrest .
On April 26 , it will be the turn of the comedy Gianni Clementi " Grisů , Joseph and Mary ," starring Paul Trieste and Nicola Pistoia , returning to the theater " Heliodorus Sollima " after the success in 2010 with " Ben Hur" .
Saturday, May 3 that there will be another welcome return to the Lilibetana audience : the actor and director Roberto D´ Alessandro, who will stage " Big babies ( how boring the fixed place ) ," a comedy and strong current , which reflects on the difficulties of young Italians in finding a job and emancipate themselves from their family of origin.
It closes , as usual , with the Compagnia Teatro Nuovo, that Friday, May 9th propose the adaptation of " A Perfect Wedding " funny text of the British Robin Hawdon .
