What to do in the Province of Trapani

As part of "Trapani, Mediterranean city of music" sponsored by the Ente Luglio Musicale Trapanese, kicks off "Blue sea- Fish and Food", a food and wine event organized by "Smells and flavors of Sicily" of Trapani, chaired by Toti Aiello.

The event, which is the first of two festivals that will be held in Trapani during the summer of 2015, will center on the enhancement of blue fish, too often in the past denigrated because of little commercial value, but that is very rich from the nutritional point of view and is now considered a hallmark of our food culture.
