Baglio, olive oil and sea aims to re-educate locals and tourists to traditional products of Castelluzzo and San Vito, beautiful and indescribable tourist value and landscape, in an unspoiled that extends along the entire coast Baia Santa Margherita, castelluzzo and Macari.
From Friday, August 30 to September 1, then there will have opportunity to taste dishes (fish of San Vito used in various dishes), seasoned with oil Castelluzzo.
The event has been approved and promoted by the Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo, and now is already in its third edition. After the fruitful success achieved in previous editions, this year could not miss the appointment with this important festival food and wine of immense charm that has all the requirements that serve to captivate the eye (and palate) of a traditional tourist always looking for new flavors of quality.
The tastings will have a specific time, it will take place from 12 to 15 hours in all three days of the event. Later there will also be musical events: Saturday, August 31, at 21, unmissable event with the group Dual Live.
Another curious initiative is cooking fish in a big pan of three meters in diameter, ready to churn out (or in this case ´Sautee´) greedy delicious fish ready to be enjoyed in good company.
