From 25 to 28 July 2013 will raise the curtain on the stage of "Busiate Buseto" traditional cultural and gastronomic event with the "XVIII EXHIBITION" and "VI Festival of Busiata" in Buseto Palizzolo which extends in western Sicily, in ´ wide valley in the province of Trapani, which connects Mount Erice and the archaeological site of Segesta, in an area rich in amazing scenic resources.
A wonderful country house surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, orchards and wheat fields of iridescent colors is the setting for an event dedicated to "Busiata" a format of local fresh pasta. Housewives and restaurateurs will compete in the ancient practice of preparing "busiate." According to the traditional custom will prepare the dough by hand, with the use of "Buso" (stem from the wheat, used to roll the dough giving it the classic form of "busiata").
