Custonaci, unequivocal Capital of Spinci, will as every year the 'Spincia Fest', an event for refined palates and good taste, which aims, among other things, also aims to boost the local economy. The Spincia is a sweet very popular in our area, to prepare very simple but as' superfine results. And 'possible to eat it with cinnamon, cinnamon and sugar, honey.
