" Emilio Isgro ´ . Disobbedisco . Landing at Marsala and other Sicilies " , the exhibition curated by Sergio Troisi , will be´ set up , in the rooms of the Convent of the Carmine in Marsala , from 13 May to 19 September. May 11, 1860 Garibaldi landed at Marsala and 14 , in Salemi , declared to assume the dictatorship of Sicily in the name of Vittorio Emanuele . It was the start of the campaign that I bring ´ the whole Kingdom of the Two Sicilies to join the Piedmont and Italy. Marsala , the city ´ where Garibaldi in Sicily , remember that historic event with an exhibition certainly "out of pattern " , far from hagiographies and remembrances . The protagonist of the exhibition and ´ in fact a Sicilian artist of today, Emilio Isgro ´ , which for the first time here together , in one place , his works dedicated to Sicily and his being Sicilian .
