Sunday, March 18, at 18, new appointment with the culture of food and wine at Enoteca wine route of Marsala. The return of the Knights of the Wine of Sicily for the third meeting of "The Eighteenth to 18", a series of themed events for the promotion of Sicilian wine heritage. "The Paladins meet the Mediterranean style" will be an opportunity to talk about wine, food and health with John Anastasi, hepatologist at the Hospital of Marsala, and Diego in May, President of the "Knights", who will talk about the beneficial properties of the hedonistic and wine and, in particular, of Marsala. A wheel, milonga and tango, to move towards the interpretations of culinary Peppe Giuffre and the best expressions of Marsala Vergine proposed by the Consortium of Voluntary Protection. Admission is free at Enoteca, the wine tasting will cost 3 euros per person.
