The Molino Excelsior Valderice aims to enter into a national network of food and wine tourism. The municipal government together with the Association Welcome Trapani, who on behalf of the City manages the mill, have decided to join the initiative, yet only one in Italy, to set up a network of museums from the Taste of experience in Frossasco, town in the province of Turin. So from tomorrow, Thursday, Jan. 12, to Sunday 15 January, the President of the Museum of Taste and mayor of Frossasco, Cuccola Franco, director of the Museum, Ezio Giai, and a delegation of chefs and restaurateurs will be at Piedmont Valderice to meet their counterparts and to define the path, protocols and addresses of work that will need to follow because the Excelsior Mill Museum can boast the title of the Taste. Moreover, the Museum of Taste of Frossasco has already launched similar paths with common Zibido St. James, Pescara, Urbino, Savona and Cosenza.
