Work begins for urban regeneration of the old town of Erice, including the recovery of the former Hotel Igea and buildings of the monastery of St. Charles, designed the program for sustainable housing to rent (for young couples and students) and production of environments for artistic and cultural activities, for an amount of € 3,371,974.94 contract.
