Friday, March 11 start cooking courses aimed at tourists organized by the Center for Gastronomic Culture Molino Excelsior Valderice. Every Friday afternoon, until October, there will be mini Sicilian cooking classes led by expert chefs who will guide the participants in the preparation of traditional Sicilian dishes, the fruit of a long history of contamination between different cultures. Ingredients Arabs mixed with French flavors, oriental spices with Spanish flavors. A short journey through ancient tastes and knowledge where you can learn the secrets and virtues of the culinary experience and exciting to "bring home".
