With the aim of developing thematic tourism in the province of Trapani and in particular in 7 municipalities associated with the Mount Erice, the Strada del Vino Erice Doc Association has teamed up with two new entrants to the national level: Globest Palermo and Rhegion Travel in Milan. The tour packages, designed and published on the portal of the Road, at thematic itineraries (which allow the virtual tour of the area), were particularly attractive to tour operators who have expressed a willingness to cooperate with the tourist facilities related to the Association . The purpose of the Convention is to seasonally adjust the flow of tourists in western Sicily, even in low season. "The temperate climate of our land, the sea still tempered (for them) and crystal clear - says Vincent Fazio, president of the association - to allow tourists from Northern Europe to come to winter in just a few days in Sicily."
